mk99 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

"Platform" refers to the mk99 website, mobile web, API, and all related services.

"User" refers to any person who has registered an account on the mk99 platform or is using its services.

"Balance" refers to the amount of funds (Myanmar Kyat — Ks) held in a user's mk99 account.

"Bonus funds" refers to non-transferable amounts credited to users through mk99 promotional programmes. Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the Wagering Requirement has been met.

"Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount that must be wagered from bonus winnings before a withdrawal can be made.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account on mk99, the following requirements must be met —

• The user must be 21 years of age or older. Misrepresenting your age is not permitted.
• Each person may open only one account. mk99 may suspend duplicate or fraudulently opened accounts and void any associated funds.
• Personal information provided must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• This platform may only be used where gambling is permitted under the laws currently in force in Myanmar.

mk99 reserves the right to make the final decision on suspending or restricting any account.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Payments on the mk99 platform can be made using the following methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, Bank Transfer.

If any errors occur during deposits or withdrawals, you must notify the mk99 support team immediately. If you delay reporting, we may not be able to resolve the issue.

For withdrawals, mk99 may require players to use the same payment method they used for their deposit.

mk99 reserves the right to void any funds obtained through cyberattacks, technical exploits, or fraudulent play.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

mk99's promotions are subject to change and may include specific conditions. The key bonus terms are as follows —

Example — Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 30,000 Ks bonus; you must wager 300,000 Ks (30,000 × 10) to meet the requirement. Deposit 680,000 Ks and receive a 500,000 Ks bonus; you must wager 5,000,000 Ks (500,000 × 10) to meet the requirement.

If we detect that a bonus was claimed using a duplicate account, a foreign IP, or a VPN/Proxy, or that a bonus was abused to exploit the system, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

mk99 may modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

5. VIP Levels and Cashback

The mk99 VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Tier progression depends on the player's play history and activity. mk99 reserves the right to adjust VIP tiers, and VIP cashback funds may be subject to wagering requirements similar to those applied to bonuses.

6. Player Responsibilities

Players have the following responsibilities when using this platform —

• You must keep your account login credentials (username, password) secure. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out on your account.
• You must not allow any third party or unauthorised person to access your account.
• You must comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
• Bonus abuse, using bots, and any attempt to cause technical damage to the platform are strictly prohibited.
• You must notify mk99 immediately if any of your personal details change.

7. Prohibited Actions

The following actions may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any remaining balance by mk99 —

• Allowing underage individuals to play, or playing if you are under 21
• Playing using funds belonging to a third party
• Sharing your personal account details with others to play
• Using bots or automated tools to play
• Engaging in any activity related to money laundering
• Copying or redistributing the platform's intellectual property without authorisation
• Disrupting the service by submitting false or misleading complaints

8. Dispute Resolution

For any dispute between a player and mk99, the player must first contact the mk99 customer support team (24/7 Live Chat and [email protected]).

If the support team cannot resolve the issue, it will be escalated for further review. mk99's decision will be made after a thorough examination of all relevant information relating to the player.

Players will be given the opportunity to respond based on records related to the decision (game history, payment records).

9. Personal Data and Security

mk99 protects players' personal data using SSL encryption technology. Player personal data will not be disclosed to any third party unless required by law.

14. Account Closure and Seizure

If you wish to close your account, please contact the mk99 support team. Any funds from completed play sessions can be withdrawn before closure.

mk99 may temporarily suspend an account while investigating a breach of these terms, and if the breach is proven, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

If instructions are received from the police or relevant authorities in connection with anti-money laundering (AML) compliance checks, we will disclose information as required by law.
